Revocation Right

You are entitled to revoke this purchase agreement within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a designated third party, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us:

by a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to revoke this purchase agreement. You may use the attached model revocation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received the notice of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way which is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of the Revocation Right

The revocation right does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
